Uncovering a nightmare

Crushing workloads. Near-constant overtime. Staff shortages. Patients in the halls. And no help in sight. To be a nurse in British Columbia in 2022 was to step into a nightmare. BC residents needed to be reminded of the horrible conditions nurses were forced to work through, and wake up to the pressing dangers posed to our healthcare system.
