About our Connections Team

We are the strategic experts navigating the course to create 360⁰ connections with the consumer. To be the best that we can be, we work in partnership with our internal teams, including strategic service, creative and production, along with our clients to ensure their projects are on target and our plans are effective at achieving their business goals. Through meticulous research and market understanding, we create and execute plans to reach consumers throughout their journey to drive success.

As a Digital Manager, Connections you will:

Support the Connections team lead on select accounts on deliverables to client and aide in creation of the connection strategy and plan to achieve client objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in media campaign planning process, including research, audience development and benchmarking
  • Keeping up with and advising the team on the latest trends or changes in media landscape
  • Planning:
    • Working closely with the team lead to RFP vendors based on major campaign strategy and client brief
    • In the case of smaller campaigns, taking the lead and planning the digital strategy to achieve the clients’ objectives
  • Campaign execution & maintenance:
    • Developing material requirements for creative & production teams
    • Developing digital trafficking sheet ensuring naming conventions are aligned
    • Performing campaign setup, trafficking, site tagging, QA on time and with a high level of accuracy
    • Setting up self-serve platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
    • Monitoring and optimizing ongoing campaigns to achieve a high level of performance
    • Inputting media buys into MediaOcean for client billing (for clients where a coordinator is not on the business); managing the input of the buys and ensures accuracy (for clients where a coordinator is supporting the business)
  • Reporting:
    • Using Datorama and other sources to pull insights for digital reporting, including optimization recommendations
    • Leading communication of reporting on client calls (may differ depending on the level of the manager)
    • Updating MediaOcean and blocking charts to reflect optimizations (regardless of medium)
      • Updating BCR accordingly
    • Aiding the Supervisor/Associate Director in developing the post-campaign reporting by pulling relevant data and insights in a way that can be effectively communicated via PowerPoint

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 2-5 years of digital media experience as a coordinator or manager
  • The ability to independently buy, report and maintain digital campaigns
  • Experience executing campaigns on various social media platforms
  • Experience in executing or managing others in Google Ads considered a plus
  • Certification and a minimum of 2-3 years experience with Campaign Manager 360 and DV360 or other programmatic platforms is a major plus
