We creatively orchestrate connections between people and brands to positively impact behaviours: to believe, feel, register, click, follow, shop, understand. We do this by working together across interdisciplinary teams to come up with fresh ideas for our clients.

About the Creative Team

We are focused on creating impactful ideas at every touch point. We use insights to guide our curiosity and as a base for all our thinking. We are constantly learning, exploring and seeking inspiration to help mold our imagination into reality. Our collaboration with the strategic services, production and connections teams allows us to come up with ideas that are effective, relevant and targeted.

As Creative Director you will:

Lead the creative department and agency in a way that aligns with Wasserman’s vision: to creatively connect people. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and supporting the creative team to push their conceptual thinking
  • Ensuring that all creative work is consistently fresh and innovative
  • Collaborating with other departments on problem solving and brief development
  • Encouraging collaboration across all departments and with suppliers
  • Managing creative resourcing
  • Fostering client relationships and understanding their businesses
  • Concepting and copywriting with a strong ability to creative problem solve

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A copywriter
  • Skilled in leading a team of creative talent
  • Has management experience
  • Organized and collaborative
  • Has an understanding of and experience with all media channels including digital, social, mobile, video, radio and print
