About the Role

This is an integral role in the Finance department of the agency. The Billing Manager is the hub for the details about specific client billing, accounts payable, overhead expense, intercompany billings / charges, etc. The Billing Manager is responsible for the timely entry / payment / reconciliations related to the office. The Billing Manager works closely with the Billing Supervisor and will be the back-up for vacation coverage.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Ideally working knowledge of MediaOcean or prior experience using a large complex accounting system
  • Accounting diploma
  • Junior / Intermediate accounting knowledge / experience
  • Previous experience in an accounting office of an advertising agency or services firm
  • Prior experience with Accounts Payable, billing, and general ledger accounting including bank reconciliations and depreciation.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products especially MS Excel
  • Able to champion administrative tasks including organizing couriers, ordering supplies, and assisting when needed throughout the agency.
